Tara was absolutely phenomenal! As an attorney who dedicates a large portion of my practice to real estate closings, I know how important the right agent can be. Tara was the right choice. She came to our home to learn about all its features, taking pictures for her own benefit as she moved from room to room and outside in our yard and gardens. She then came back with her home evaluation and marketing strategy which she presented in an honest, professional, and straightforward manner. She allowed us time to think about it, never pressuring us to sign a listing agreement. Even so, she encouraged us to contact her professional stager which we did. The stager was very knowledgeable about home selling trends and helped us showcase the home. Once we signed the listing agreement, Tara was on the go! She did everything she promised in her marketing presentation, and we received an offer at asking price within less than a month! Tara made sure we closed on time, often having to take on tasks that would fall to the buyer’s agent. WHAT MAKES TARA SHINE (aside from her friendly demeanor and smile)? Everything she did which was EXTRA: 1. She came to the house and sat there waiting for the town inspector and then for a plumber when we were out of town and had nobody to help us; 2. She helped us pack and move stuff out of the house when we were out of time (and brought us lunch – she even befriended my mom!); 3. She babysat our dog on the day of closing because we had to travel early that day and his regular sitter wasn’t back until later (she even had our dog, Gus, be an honorary staff member at her office that day). I knew Tara professionally before my closing. Now, I consider her my friend.
